As a former employee of customer service, specifically for an insurance company, I know it’s not his fault that didn’t come in. I called to ask if there was a way to track it. He said he will give the life insurance department a call and give me a call back. 30 mins later he called with an update. "My wife and I were friends with Darren Moore and his wife and where customers for years with him. Our account was transferred after Darren passed away. While driving down Kirkwood Hwy I saw Dawn Moore Jones billboard and immediately assumed a family relative because I recognized the telephone number. I called the office on my hands free Bluetooth while passing the office and confirmed this was a relative of Darren and immediately request my account to be sent back. I spoke with Olga and she gave me the process and sent me an email with instructions. I had always received 15 scale rating of service from this office and Olga has keep my personal rating of them high. Olga showed a intentional and genuine interest in me. Olga is an asset to the business. I have not met Dawn but it is obvious she has the same professionlism as Darren and surrounds herself with people who care about people. Kudos"
