"Olga Bernabe-Flores took care of me and insurance quite request. I was a customer until 2025 and had to leave due to loss of job. At that moment I couldn't afford the I payments. I received dividend checks for my 3 cars and went to ask why. She reviewed my actual situation and prepared a package with a payment that I can afford with the same or higher benefits. She spent a lot of time reviewing my situation and explaining the options. I'm back with State Farm. I was surprised to find the original agent (Maria Castillo) that took care of me when I first visit the office back on 2019. She was promoted to Manager and still works for State Farm Moore Jones. It seems to be a great place to work too."

"Darren was a great help today. Last week I cancelled a whole life policy to surrender the cash value. I was told the check will be here in 7-10 business days. As a former employee of customer service, specifically for an insurance company, I know it’s not his fault that didn’t come in. I called to ask if there was a way to track it. He said he will give the life insurance department a call and give me a call back. 30 mins later he called with an update. I don’t expect anyone to be perfect I just want people to be accountable and result oriented and that’s exactly what Darren is. Thank you sir!"
